External renovation of Grade II listed building, including full decoration using a Sandtex maximum exposure system due to the coastal location. Woodwork repairs using Window Care, timber replacements using Douglas fir, repointing and cill repairs using lime mortar.
External refurbishment of Grade II listed building including masonry, timber and metalworks using a Dulux Weathershield system and Window Care repair system.
External clean and decoration programme, including a full steam clean and renovation to all balcony steels using a Rust-Oleum Pegarust system on an exposed sea front location. Works carried out through the winter with daily temperature and moisture readings to ensure working to the product guarantee.
Full internal decorations programme to the Grade II listed Wellington Room — a room built in haste in 1815 to celebrate the successful return of the Duke of Wellington from the Battle of Waterloo.
The works were complex due to the condition of the room, the extensive preparation required and historic water ingress in need of treatment, including the rebuilding and making good of ornate panelling and mouldings.
Colours were matched exactly with the help and support of Dulux AkzoNobel using their Heritage range — Heritage emulsion to all walls and ceilings for a velvet matt finish, and Heritage eggshell to all woodwork and panelling.
All floors were stripped and repaired, blending old wooden boards with areas repaired over the years to achieve a level colour with a wood dye, before waxing the complete floor area with a satin wax finish.
Full external decorations to the woodwork, masonry and metalwork using the Dulux Weathershield system on a coastal location. Substantial balcony repairs were carried out using Window Care and hardwood and stainless steel screws for durability.
External decorations and repairs to a secondary school for Hampshire County Council. Difficult access on the roofs requiring bespoke scaffold and edge protection. Difficult access routes during term time, keeping fire escapes and pupil routes clear at all times.
External and internal renovation to hotel rebrand whilst open for trading, including designer wallpaper and multiple colour schemes. Working under tight deadlines with multiple trades whilst maintaining a high-class finish throughout.

Internal and external renovations to this Grade I listed building and the bell tower. Extensive external repairs and refurbishments using the Window Care System and lime wash to internal walls. The views from the Bell Tower are stunning.
